Lou has extensive experience in all facets of the federal construction industry from project inception to completion. His acumen in providing best value proposal submission has provided the ability for growth and market share to all of the companies he had been associated with. His involvement as a principal involved many aspects of the construction cycle, but with a strong focus on business development, bid operations and small business outreach initiatives. This has given Lou exposure and knowledge to many General Construction and Construction Management projects for the past 35 years.
Lou is familiar with various procurement methods with specialty in the federal contracting market in IFB, RFP, LPTA and Best Value solicitations. As executive overseeing the Sales and Bid Operations division, Imperial has expanded its services providing General Construction, Electrical and CM Services to Private, Local, County and State Governments. He is a member with
(CMAA- NY/NJ Chapter) Construction Management Association of America, (SAME) Society of American Military Engineers and (APMP) The Association of Record for Bid, Proposal, Business Development, Capture and Graphics Professionals.
